Modern practicality meets architectural innovation in this Bayside townhouse development.
A residential development of two townhouses in Sandringham, this project was a collaboration between local Bayside designer Crowhurst Building Design and NTF Architects. Together they curated a beach-side home using dark tones, metal features and modern architectural details that respond beautifully to the coastal setting.
Finding the balance between architectural sophistication and everyday living practicalities was the priority. This was seamlessly achieved by the project team who collaborated early in the process to provide a fantastic end product — a home that is both architecturally considered and deeply liveable.
